Monday Update: Been a slow week got some of my Taxes finished. Also added two rows and backing to my Strip Quilt. Sunday went to Brussels for the day. Friends visiting from Pensacola. But saw many fantastic ideas while walking the streets. Beautiful lace Interesting Embroidery panels in pillows wall hangings and pillows.

Monday Update: Only got a little Quilting done last week. Got energetic and started my Spring Cleaning, Mopping and heavy cleaning even Laundered my Pillows Hope this week is more quilt productive!

Monday Update: Here in the Netherlands had beautiful weather but did not enjoy it much, had a few days of sever pain from RA. But did get my rows created on my Strip Quilt. Not much going on here.

Thought I would share the Tree of Life Block with you.

On my QAYG project got my rows joined with no backing. When joining the rows it is important to measure using fabric edges. Batting is easily stretched.

Will add backing as I join the rows.

Thursday Video: I have been working on my Strip Quilt using QAYG techniques. This video is a sample of using Pfaff Maxi Stitches using Mettler 40wt Cotto. HV calls them Opti Stitches. Bernina 360° sewing and I know Babylock and Brother have these stitches as well.
